Who Are We?
Jordan is the founder of Heights Homes. He was born and raised in Cleveland Heights, where he attended Roxboro Elementary, Roxboro Middle, and graduated from Cleveland Heights High School. At Heights, he was a member of the hockey, lacrosse, and golf teams, and went on to play college lacrosse at Wittenberg University.
He’s a father to two boys, a husband, a sports fan, and he loves a good workout. His passions include spending time with family and, most recently, chasing a new marathon goal of running a sub-3-hour marathon.
After leaving the corporate world and earning his real estate license in 2020, Jordan saw a major need for quality, trustworthy, and knowledgeable realtors—especially in the neighborhoods where he grew up. He noticed too many agents were focused on closing the next deal rather than truly guiding clients. He envisioned a different kind of real estate professional: someone who acts as a resource, not a salesperson. Someone who deeply understands the market and the communities they serve. That’s where the idea for Heights Homes was born.
Jordan built Heights Homes to specialize in residential real estate on Cleveland’s East Side, with a strong focus on Cleveland Heights, University Heights, and Shaker Heights. He takes pride in truly understanding the neighborhoods and market trends in The Heights, which allows him to guide clients confidently through the buying or selling process.
